FOR SAUCE

1 tbsp Frank’s hot buffalo
4 tbsp unsalted butter 🧈
¼ cup honey 🍯
1 sprig rosemary
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

*This recipe creates extra sauce! Keep it separate portion sauce when wings are complete
DIRECTIONS
Add cut + prepped wings to a large bowl and coat in olive oil.
Add paprika, 1 clove of minced garlic, and season well with salt, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
Let wings marinate while prepping sauce
Add buffalo sauces, butter, honey, rosemary, apple cider vinegar and garlic to a saucepan over low heat. Stir often
Set air fryer to 400°F, add marinated wings, cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping occasionally
Let wings rest for 15 minutes in closed air fryer
Add wings to large bowl and add ¼ cup of prepared buffalo sauce (or enough to cover wings well). Do not add all of the sauce! This recipe makes extra.
Sauce can continue simmering until desired rosemary intensity is reached. Remove sprig before bottling. Keep refrigerated.
