INGREDIENTS

4 ears corn

½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
black pepper, to taste
vegetable or olive oil

⅓ cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp water

DIRECTIONS

  • Cut corn in half, then split each half into quarters (long ways)

  • Sprinkle with salt and spices, then drizzle with vegetable or olive oil

  • Combine brown sugar and remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil, then reduce to simmer

  • Air fry corn at 390, tossing every few minutes

  • Baste corn with thickened sauce and continue air frying.

  • Baste a second time.

  • Remove corn when edges are dark and serve.
