Asian Corn Ribs
INGREDIENTS
4 ears corn
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
black pepper, to taste
vegetable or olive oil
⅓ cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 lime, juiced
2 tbsp water
DIRECTIONS
Cut corn in half, then split each half into quarters (long ways)
Sprinkle with salt and spices, then drizzle with vegetable or olive oil
Combine brown sugar and remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil, then reduce to simmer
Air fry corn at 390, tossing every few minutes
Baste corn with thickened sauce and continue air frying.
Baste a second time.
Remove corn when edges are dark and serve.
