Strawberry Pretzel Salad

INGREDIENTS

CRUST
2 cups crushed pretzels πŸ₯¨
¾ cup melted butter 🧈
4 tbsp sugar

MIDDLE
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 cups Cool Whip

TOPPING
6 oz package strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
20 oz frozen strawberries, thawed πŸ“

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400ΒΊ

  • Mix crust ingredients and press into bottom of 9x13” pan

  • Bake for 8 min, then set aside to cool

  • Mix cream cheese and sugar; fold in cool whip

  • Spread on cooled crust

  • Mix jello packet with water and stir until dissolved. Stir in strawberries and chill until syrupy.

  • Pour over cream-cheese-in-crust and chill until set
