Donut Bread Pudding

INGREDIENTS

3 large beaten eggs πŸ₯š

2 cups milk and/or cream πŸ₯›

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 dozen stale donuts (ripped into bite-sized pieces) 🍩

Β½ cup packed light brown sugar

¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter, softened 🧈

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350ΒΊ

  • Grease a 13x9” pan

  • Mix together eggs, milk (or cream),and brown sugar in a bowl and add vanilla

  • In a separate bowl, crumble together brown sugar and butter

  • Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over donuts

  • Bake for 35–45 mins, or until set

  • Remove from oven and allow to cool
