Lemon Cookies

INGREDIENTS

2 sticks butter, softened 🧈
¾ cup sugar
1¼ cup powdered lemonade mix (sweetened)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon zest 🍋
2¾ cup flour
1 tsp baking soda

DIRECTIONS

• Preheat oven to 350º

• Cream butter, sugar, and ¾ lemonade mix until fluffy

• Beat in egg, vanilla, and lemon zest

• In separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda, then add to wet ingredients; stir till thoroughly combined

• Form dough into 1” balls, roll in remaining lemonade mix, and place on greased cookie sheet (2” apart)

• Bake about 10 min, or until edges just begin to brown
