Strawberry Parfait Pie

FILLING
1 six-oz package strawberry jello
2Β½ cup boiling water + strawberry juice
1 qt vanilla ice cream π¦
24 oz frozen strawberries, thawed and drained (use juice for jello) π
Dissolve jello in boiling water/juice
Add ice cream by spoonfuls
Set until partially firm, then fold in fruit
Turn into pie shell and chill
CORNFLAKE CRUSTS
1 stick butter π§
Β½ cup sugar
2Β½ cup cornflakes, crushed
Preheat oven to 375ΒΊ
Mix all ingredients and press firmly into greased pie pans
Bake ~15 min., until golden
