Peanut Butter Cookies
INGREDIENTS
½ cup butter 🧈
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup dark brown sugar
1 egg, well beaten 🥚
1¼ cup flour
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375º
Cream butter and peanut butter together, then gradually cream in sugars
Add beaten egg and stir
Combine dry ingredients then gradually stir into wet mixture
Chill dough for 1 hr or until firm
Roll into 1” balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Use flour-dipped fork to flatten balls and create criss-cross
Bake 5–7 minutes
