Chocolate Marble Cheesecake

Pie

CRUST
1 cup graham cracker or Oreo crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup butter, melted 🧈

FILLING
12 oz cream cheese, softened
ΒΎ cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp zested orange (or lemon) πŸŠπŸ‹
1 tsp vanilla
1–3 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled 🍫

TOPPING
1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350ΒΊ

  • In small bowl, combine graham cracker and sguar, then mix in butter with fork

  • Press crumb crust into the bottom and sides of a 9” pie plate (can use back of spoon). Refrigerate to harden.

  • In bowl, combine all filling ingredients EXCEPT chocolate. Beat with mixer on medium speed until smooth.

  • Remove 1 cup of filling. Add chocolate and mix until well blended.

  • Pour half of plain filling into pie shell and spread evenly

  • Drizzle half of chocolate filling over the plain

  • Add remaining plain filling and drizzle with remaining chocolate

  • Bake 35 min

  • While pie is baking, make topping: In small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla

  • Spread topping over pie and bake for additional 10 min

  • Let cool then refrigerate several hours before serving
