Flatbread
INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
½ tsp salt
3½ butter, melted 🧈
¾ cup milk, hot 🥛
DIRECTIONS
Combine flour and salt in bowl
Add melted butter and hot milk, stirring to combine
Knead a few minutes until smooth and wrap/rest at room temp for at least 30 min.
Form dough into golf-ball sized balls and roll out into tortilla-sized wraps
PAN: If cooking in pan, heat on high
GRILL: If cooking on a grill, place a large metal bowl on the grate to heat and cook flatbread over bowl (flipping halfway)
