Chicken

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons garlic, paprika, 1 tablespoon cumin, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and chili powder in large bowl.

  • Cover chicken thoroughly and let marinate overnight.

  • Transfer chicken mixture to a roasting pan.

  • Broil in oven, flipping once.

INGREDIENTS

3 chicken breasts, filleted πŸ“
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic πŸ§„
2 tbsp paprika
1Β½ tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp onion powder πŸ§…
Β½ tbsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp cayenne (if desired) 🌢
1 lemon, juiced πŸ‹


Rice

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; turn off heat, cover, and let sit 20 minutes.

1 cup basmati rice, rinsed 🍚

1Β½ teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
Β½ teaspoon ground cumin
Β½ teaspoon dried cilantro (optional)

ΒΌ teaspoon ground black pepper
