Easy Granola

INGREDIENTS

2 cup whole wheat flour
7 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tbsp salt

1 cup oil
1 cup honey 🍯
ΒΌ cup water
2 tsp vanilla

1–2 cups raisins or other dried fruit


GET COMPLICATED:

Add 1 cup crushed pecans, almonds, peanuts πŸ₯œ AND/OR 1 cup unsweetened dried coconut flakes πŸ₯₯ to the dry mixture.

Simply replace 1 cup oats for each cup of goodies.

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 250ΒΊ

  • Combine dry ingredients in large bowl

  • Mix wet ingredients and combine with dry. Mix thoroughly.

  • Spread out clumped granola mix onto parchment paper (on cookie sheets)

  • Bake 1 hour, or until golden

  • Once cooled, add dried fruit and store in sealed containers.
