Easy Granola
INGREDIENTS
2 cup whole wheat flour
7 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tbsp salt
1 cup oil
1 cup honey π―
ΒΌ cup water
2 tsp vanilla
1β2 cups raisins or other dried fruit
GET COMPLICATED:
Add 1 cup crushed pecans, almonds, peanuts π₯ AND/OR 1 cup unsweetened dried coconut flakes π₯₯ to the dry mixture.
Simply replace 1 cup oats for each cup of goodies.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 250ΒΊ
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl
Mix wet ingredients and combine with dry. Mix thoroughly.
Spread out clumped granola mix onto parchment paper (on cookie sheets)
Bake 1 hour, or until golden
Once cooled, add dried fruit and store in sealed containers.
